Summary
VoxGo collects your name and email to put you on the pre-order list, and a few optional answers to tailor what we send you. We use them to send launch updates, improve our offers, and show you relevant VoxGo ads on Facebook and Instagram. We never sell your information. You can ask us to see, fix or delete it, or unsubscribe, at any time.
This policy follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
Who we are. [Legal name of the VoxGo business or team], the "personal information controller" for this website and campaign. Address: [business address]. Data Protection Officer: [name], [privacy email address].
What we collect and why
- Full name and email (when you join the list): to send launch pricing, ship dates and order updates.
- Consent record (that you ticked the box, and when): to prove you agreed to hear from us.
- Use case, language you want to understand, age range, city or region, mobile number (optional, second step): to tailor our offers and messages. Mobile only to contact you about your order.
- Which ad or link brought you here (UTM tags, automatic): to see which campaigns work.
- Pages viewed and sign-up events, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address (automatic, through cookies and the Meta Pixel): to measure and improve our ads and website.
- Messages you send to the website assistant: to answer your question and improve the answers.
We collect only what we need. Everything in the second step is optional. We do not ask for government IDs, payment details, or sensitive personal information on this page.
How we use your information
- Pre-order and launch updates: to tell you when VoxGo launches, what launch pricing is, and when it ships.
- Tailoring: to send the offers and information that match what you told us you will use VoxGo for.
- Advertising on Facebook and Instagram: with your consent, we may upload your email address or mobile number to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match it to accounts. We use the match to show VoxGo ads to you, to exclude people who already signed up, and to find people with similar interests (a "lookalike audience"). Meta may only use the hashed data for that matching, under its own terms.
- Measurement: the Meta Pixel and cookies tell us which ads lead to sign-ups. You can turn off ad personalization in your Facebook settings and block cookies in your browser.
- Service and security: to run the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our campaign.
Who we share it with and how long we keep it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it for us, under agreements that limit what they can do with it: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising audiences and measurement; [form or email provider] to store sign-ups and send emails; [website host] to run the website; and [payment and delivery partners, at launch] to take payment and deliver your order.
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We use providers that protect data to a comparable standard, and we disclose it to authorities only when the law requires.
How long we keep it. We keep your sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or for [24] months after launch if you have not ordered, whichever comes first. Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer laws require. Website logs are kept for [90] days.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
